Booking Terms.

Proposals and availability

All journey prices are indicative until availability, services, dates and traveller requirements have been personally verified by ELEGANS and confirmed in writing.

Reservations and payment

A reservation becomes binding only after you accept the final itinerary and booking terms and the required payment has been received. Deposit, balance and cancellation conditions will be clearly stated in your proposal.

Travel arrangements

Individual services may be supplied by carefully selected third parties. Their terms may also apply. Travellers remain responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance and compliance with entry requirements.

Changes and cancellations

We will explain all relevant amendment and cancellation conditions before payment. Where circumstances outside reasonable control affect a journey, we will work with you and our partners to identify the most appropriate alternative.

Travel Atelier orders

Atelier orders are confirmed by ELEGANS after payment. Personalisation, delivery timing and destination will be agreed directly with the purchaser. If ELEGANS is unable to accept an order, the payment will be refunded.
